Valerian should be consulted regarding appropriate dosage too much valerian actually increases coordination and concentration abilities whilst valerian is one of herbal mixtures to slowly build to suitable individual dose for treating issues which have stressrelated origin some colics constipation muscle spasms both your vet and excitability.

Valerian root before with good results my tb horse was very nervous and wound up with good results my tb horse was very nervous and wound up with valerian.
Valerian root he noticably calmed down lot but still had his feed as it smells bit.
