Which has better effects: Red Poppy Resin VS. California Poppy Resin?

I have never heard of red poppy, so i would get Cali, but Opium poppy resin is far better, you can still legaly obtain the pods (its the most common type)… but what you do with it after (tea or attempted extract) depends on the country…
