Question about poppy seeds and drug tests?

My friend from california called me today and wanted me to look up burger king and see if they still use poppy seeds in there food or on there food….. She said that she called a burger king out there and asked them, but they said that they didnt use poppy seeds ne more but they use (sesame?)seeds and they tried to tell her that they were basicallly the same ….r poppy seeds and sesame seeds alike?? I know that poppy seeds r black and the others r white or whatever. This is her question ,she wanted to know if a person who ate at burger king then got a drug test would it come up as n e thing???? She knows that poppy seeds does come up on a drug test she just wanted to know about the other seeds……. this is a really dumb question to me but she wanted to know ….. Shes alittle weird……..
